Crushing Goals for a Cause: Apt Coaching Conquers the F* Cancer Fitness Challenge!
What a month May has been for the Apt Coaching community!
Over the last few weeks, our community has been logging on, showing up, and putting in serious work from living rooms, backyards, and local recreation areas all over. We officially took on the F* Cancer Fitness Challenge —and we are incredibly proud to say: we smashed it.
Cancer is something that has touched almost all of our lives in one way or another. This May, we wanted to channel our passion for fitness into something bigger than ourselves, using our daily remote workouts to raise vital funds and awareness for cancer research and support.
Smashed Targets for a greater cause!
When we set out at the beginning of May, we put a stake in the ground with a fundraising goal of $500. It felt ambitious, but we knew our online community had a massive heart. Well, you didn't just meet that goal—you absolutely blew it out of the water. Every single dollar raised goes directly toward making a real difference in the fight against cancer. We couldn’t be more grateful for every donation, link share, and sweaty post-workout selfie that helped spread the word.
No Stopping Us: What’s Next for June?
If you know Apt Coaching, you know we don't sit still for long. We are keeping this incredible momentum rolling right into June by taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health!
Before you panic about the numbers—don't worry! This challenge is completely customizable to your fitness level. It doesn’t have to be 100% traditional push-ups. You can absolutely substitute them for incline push-ups, knee push-ups, squats, sit-ups, or any exercise that gets you moving. The goal is to show up, support a fantastic cause, and stay active together as a community.
We proved what we can achieve together in May, so let’s see if we can set a new personal best this month. Keep an eye on our community channels, your inbox, and our social pages this week for all the details on how to join the Apt Coaching team and start tracking your reps.

We’re Back At It: Join Apt Coaching for The Push-Up Challenge This June!
Fresh off the back of smashing our May fundraising goals, the Apt Coaching community is keeping the momentum rolling. This June, we are pushing for better mental health by officially taking on The Push-Up Challenge!
Over 24 days this month, we’ll be crushing reps to raise vital funds and awareness for headspace—Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation.
Mental health affects us all, and headspace does incredible work providing early intervention mental health services to young people. We are so excited to use our collective energy to support such an important cause.
Two Ways to Support: Sweat or Support!
We know everyone is busy, so we’ve made it easy to get involved in whatever way suits you best. You can join the action or support from the sidelines:
Option 1: Join the Virtual Team (Your Challenge, Your Way!) Before you look at the total rep target and start sweating, let’s clear one thing up: this challenge is for absolutely everyone. You do not have to do thousands of traditional push-ups. You can drop to your knees, use a wall or bench for inclines, or swap push-ups entirely for squats or sit-ups!
Option 2: Just Donate & Cheer Us On! Not looking to track reps this month? No worries at all! You can still make a massive impact by donating directly to the Apt Coaching team page. Every single dollar goes straight to headspace to help young people getting through a tough time.
