You have access to a dedicated private channel for unlimited messaging and 1-on-1 strategy calls or face-to-face catch-ups whenever needed. We also provide Unlimited Technical Mastery via frame-by-frame video breakdowns of any session to ensure your mechanics are elite.
Apt Evolve: Fortnightly Collaboration This tier focuses on Education & Autonomy through a dynamic relationship. We connect for fortnightly performance reviews (online or face-to-face) to explain the "why" behind your training. You also have a private DM line for specific questions regarding your schedule, ensuring your Life Balance is maintained through manual plan adjustments.
Apt Element: Monthly Check-ins Designed for the self-motivated runner, this tier prioritizes Goal Driven Discipline with a lighter touch. We connect for monthly phase reviews to track how you are feeling and explain the science behind your next four weeks of training. You have the flexibility to reach out when needed, but the focus is on providing you with a professional "map" to follow.
The Hubs & Digital Tools Regardless of your tier, you will have access to a tier-specific Community Hub for peer support and coach Q&A, as well as our monthly Self-Reflection Tool. This digital form helps you track your RPE and consistency, fostering the mindset of a disciplined athlete.

We believe in starting with the essentials and building your toolkit as you grow in your journey.
Because we prioritise life balance and education, we want to make sure you have exactly what you need to succeed without unnecessary clutter. Here is the breakdown:
The Essentials: At a minimum, you will need a reliable pair of running shoes suited to your gait and a smartphone. You will use your phone to access the Final Surge app, where your daily plan is delivered, and to view the Apt Engine Room video library.
Wearable Tech: To get the most out of our continuous data monitoring (especially in the Evolve and Elite tiers), a GPS-enabled watch (such as a Garmin, Coros, or Apple Watch) is highly recommended. This allows us to track your heart rate, pacing, and recovery metrics with precision.
Technical Feedback: For your Technical Form Reviews, you’ll just need a way to record yourself moving—a smartphone and a simple tripod (or a helpful friend!) work perfectly.
The Engine Room Tools: As you progress, we may suggest simple strength and conditioning tools (like resistance bands or a foam roller) to help you master the fundamental movements found in our video library. These are designed to support your goal driven discipline by keeping you resilient and injury-free.

Our coaching is designed to be accessible wherever you are, though we love a local connection.
Thanks to modern technology, we can coach athletes across Australia and beyond. Through our training apps and digital communication hubs, we provide the same level of Goal Driven Discipline and technical oversight regardless of your postcode. This remote flexibility is a core part of supporting your Life Balance, allowing you to train when and where it suits you best.
However, for those located in an area that is considered local to our coaches, we often facilitate face-to-face performance reviews or catch-ups as part of our Evolve and Elite tiers.

Yes. While the majority of our programming is delivered digitally for your convenience, we believe a Strong Positive Culture is often built through face-to-face connection.
We value in-person interaction and offer several ways to connect physically to help you master your craft:
1-on-1 Training Sessions: For athletes located ‘locally’ to our coaches, we are happy to discuss running dedicated one-on-one training sessions. These are perfect for those looking for immediate, real-time feedback on their technical mechanics or specific field-based drills.
Performance Reviews: Members in our Evolve and Elite tiers have the option for face-to-face catch-ups to discuss their data and the "why" behind their upcoming training blocks.
Technical Assessments: We utilise in-person meetings for gait analysis and movement assessments where possible, helping you bridge the gap between "working out" and "mastering your craft."
Billing & Commitments

Yes. To ensure we achieve lasting results, we have a minimum 3-month commitment for all new memberships.
Real change—whether it’s improving your running gait, building engine room strength, or increasing your aerobic capacity—takes time. This initial 3-month block allows us to move through a full cycle of education & autonomy, giving us enough time to analyse your data, master your movement mechanics, and see the tangible results of your goal driven discipline. After this initial period, memberships move to a flexible month-to-month arrangement.

Simple and transparent.
Payments: At this stage, payments are made via bank transfer. To keep your focus on training and maintain life balance, we recommend setting this up as a recurring monthly transfer through your banking app.
Cancellations: Once you have completed your initial 3-month commitment, you are free to cancel at any time. We simply require 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle begins to finalise your current block and provide a closing review of your progress.

No. We believe in "Coaching with Context," and that means your monthly fee covers the full experience.
The price you see for your chosen tier is all-inclusive. Because life happens, we don’t charge "change fees" if you need to pivot your plan due to work or family commitments—that is a standard part of our service.
No Adjustment Fees: Whether we are scaling back for a recovery week or ramping up for a new goal, program evolution is built into the cost.
Onboarding & Systems Integration: There is a one-off initial fee when you first join. This covers the technical setup of your athlete profile and the synchronization of your wearable tech. This ensures your "map" is calibrated correctly so we can begin tracking your goal driven discipline from day one.
Full Access to The Apt Engine Room: Your membership includes full access to our proprietary video library built directly into the Final Surge app. This is a custom resource I've developed to house fundamental, run-specific movements and technical drills that evolve as you do.
Open Communication: We are here to support you. If you ever have questions about your billing, your program, or your goals, please feel free to discuss anything with an Apt Coaching employee. We pride ourselves on a strong positive culture and an open-door policy.
Optional Extras: The only time you would see a separate cost is if you choose to book additional one-on-one in-person sessions outside of what is already included in your specific tier.
